Traditionally trained, Padfield Master Thatchers are a small experienced team who frequently undertake emergency repair work from minor patching or re-ridging, to complete re-thatches, roof surveys, structural repairs, re wiring and work on behalf of insurance companies.

Mitchell Pask is the newest member of the team, he started his apprenticeship in January 2018 and is by far one of if not the most confident skillful apprentices I’ve seen for many a year for his age. His work is of a very high standard and his coatwork is far superior to anyone including myself at this stage of his learning.
